Bake along side me as I make the best, crispy brownies from scratch, using my old faithful cast iron skillet, and nearly burn the house down... No houses or brownies were burnt in the making of this video... my diet, however, did go up in smoke.
Washed it with soap? Just re-season it. Threw it in the dishwasher? Re-season. Cooked something too long? Try again. Neglected to the point of rust? Elbow grease and grease grease is the fix. Need to crack someone over the head with it? I mean, you may need to hide the evidence for a while, but your cast iron will bounce back beautifully.
A certain restaurant that goes by the initials CB claims to have the best Hashbrown Casserole, however I'm here to let you in on a little secret... They don't. I do.
